The Auto Engina Tank Guard and Engine Guard for the TVS Apache RTX 300 have been developed as a complete protection system that safeguards the motorcycle's most vulnerable components while preserving its lightweight touring character.

Built around a split Tank Guard and Engine Guard architecture, the system protects the tank shrouds, engine and lower chassis components without relying on excessive tube construction. Every structural element has been engineered to manage impact loads efficiently while maintaining a compact profile that complements the Apache RTX's original design.

Designed for real-world touring, the protection system integrates seamlessly with the motorcycle, offering confidence on highways, broken roads and trails without compromising rider movement or everyday usability.

Construction- Tank Guard

The Tank Guard is constructed using 25 mm and 21 mm mild steel tubing with precision laser-cut mounting brackets.

The split-design architecture protects the upper bodywork while maintaining a compact profile around the motorcycle. The mounting system has been engineered to distribute impact loads effectively while preserving the Apache RTX's clean proportions.

A specially engineered crumple-zone mounting bracket allows controlled deformation during severe impacts, helping manage forces before they reach the motorcycle's upper structure.

Integrated laser-cut utility brackets also allow convenient mounting of auxiliary accessories without compromising the primary protection structure.

Construction- Engine Guard

The Engine Guard is manufactured from 21 mm mild steel tubing with heavy-duty laser-cut mounting brackets.

Designed as the motorcycle's primary lower impact structure, it features a three-point mounting system that effectively distributes crash forces through carefully selected OEM mounting locations.

A vibration-damped joining element connects both sides of the engine guard, reducing unnecessary resonance while maintaining structural integrity during long-distance touring.

The engine guard works in conjunction with the bash plate to create a complete lower protection system.

Polyamide Cubical Sliders

Integrated polyamide sliders provide an additional layer of protection during low-speed falls and slides.

The cubical slider profile encourages smoother vehicle movement across the surface, helping reduce the likelihood of the motorcycle digging into the ground and minimising secondary impact damage.
