International Policies
Auto Engina accessories are built with care, precision and real-world riding in mind and we treat international orders the same way. If you’re ordering from outside India, this page helps you understand how we ship, support and look after our products for riders around the world.

Shipping & Delivery
All international orders are shipped from our facility in Pune, India using trusted global couriers like FedEx, UPS and Aramex.
Once you place an order:
- We usually dispatch it within 3–4 business days
- During new launches or busy periods, dispatch may take up to 8–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed
After your order is shipped, we’ll email you:
- A tracking number
- A courier link
- A dispatch confirmation
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Most orders reach you in:
- USA & Canada: 6–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Middle East & Asia-Pacific: 5–9 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days
Please note that customs clearance can sometimes add a few extra days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
When your order arrives in your country, your local customs office may charge:
- Import duty
- VAT / GST
- Customs or handling fees
These charges are set by your government and are not included in the product price on our website.
The courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) will contact you if any payment is needed before delivering your package.
If duties are not paid and the shipment is refused, the package may be returned or abandoned. In such cases, shipping charges and return costs cannot be refunded.

How We Pack Your Order
Every Auto Engina product is:
- Quality checked before dispatch
- Packed in export-grade packaging
- Properly labelled for customs
- Secured to reduce the risk of damage
We pack international orders with extra care so your accessories arrive safely.

Cancelling an International Order
If you need to cancel your order, just contact our customer support team.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process your refund within 24–48 business hours. If the full order is cancelled before shipping, any shipping charges (if applicable) will also be refunded.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you will need to receive the package and arrange a return. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned and checked at our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in original packaging
- You must contact us before sending it back
Return shipping needs to be arranged and paid by the customer. Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes (if paid) are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 24–48 business hours. It may take 5–7 business days for the money to appear back in your bank or card.
Some items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Crash-damaged parts
- Custom or modified products
- Sale or clearance items

2-Year Warranty
All Auto Engina products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty.
We cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Structural issues under normal riding conditions
The warranty does not cover:
- Crash or accident damage
- Incorrect installation
- Rust or corrosion due to poor maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches
- Third-party modifications
If there is a problem, we may ask for photos, videos or installation details. Depending on the case, we will provide replacement parts, product replacement or technical assistance by call or video.
Our aim is always to keep you riding without unnecessary delays.

If Your Product Arrives Damaged
If you receive a damaged package:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing photos or videos and the courier label
- Do not install the product
We will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
