Return Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and we want the process to be simple and stress-free for you. Here’s how returns and cancellations work for orders within India.

1. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, there are no cancellation charges from our side.

If your order (or the item you want to cancel) has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it easily from the “Orders” section of your account.

Placed the order as a guest?
No problem just sign up or sign in using the email address you used while placing the order, and you’ll be able to manage your order from there.

Once the cancellation is confirmed:

  • Your order will be cancelled immediately
  • The refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

If the entire order is cancelled before shipping, any shipping charges paid will also be refunded.
For partial cancellations, or if the order has already been shipped, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

You can always track your refund status under the “Orders” section on our website.

 

2. Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly.

In this case:

  • You will need to receive the order
  • Ship the product back to us
  • Once we receive and verify the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

 

3. Returns & Replacements

If you wish to return or replace a product:

  • Please make sure the product is unused and in original condition
  • Returns are not accepted during sale periods
  • Refunds for returns or replacements are processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse
