The Auto Engina Saddle Stay + Top Rack Combo for the KTM 390 Adventure is a complete luggage-carrying system designed for adventure touring, combining a purpose-built saddle stay system with a rigid top rack for carrying side and rear luggage.

The saddle stays provide a secure mounting platform for soft panniers and saddle bags, while the Top Rack adds a dedicated platform for tail bags, duffle bags and other touring luggage.

This version features the Tour Plus Rack Plate  a larger luggage platform designed for riders who carry larger soft luggage and want increased usable space and improved luggage stability.

Manufactured from 2.5 mm aluminium, the Tour Plus Rack Plate uses a pressed and CNC-bent construction to balance strength, rigidity and weight. Its textured surface, punched grooves, rubber anti-slip pads and nylon stoppers work together to increase resistance to lateral luggage movement.

Multiple integrated tie-down slots provide flexible mounting points for different luggage sizes, while chamfered and smoothly finished edges help protect straps from damage when tightened under load.

The Tour Plus Rack Plate weighs 500 g and is designed to carry up to 9 kg of soft luggage, making it suitable for everything from compact tail bags to large touring duffle bags.

The complete system is designed to add practical luggage-carrying capability while maintaining the clean, purposeful aesthetics of the KTM 390 Adventure.

Saddle Stay

The Auto Engina Saddle Stay is designed to provide a strong and stable mounting point for soft panniers and saddle bags on the KTM 390 Adventure.

The vehicle-specific mounting system integrates with the motorcycle while maintaining clearance around the exhaust, rear wheel and other critical components.

The tubular construction provides the required support for side luggage while keeping the overall design compact and purposeful.

Top Rack Frame

The Top Rack Frame forms the common foundation for the rack plate and provides a rigid mounting structure for rear luggage.

Designed specifically for the KTM 390 Adventure, the tubular frame integrates with the motorcycle's rear section and supports the selected rack plate without requiring modifications to the motorcycle.

The frame can be paired with the Compact Rack Plate or the Tour Plus Rack Plate, allowing riders to choose the luggage platform according to their riding requirements.
