Construction

The adjustable brake lever and pedal assembly are precision-manufactured on a vertical milling machine, ensuring an accurate fit and a superior finish. The brake pedal is designed with a spiked stainless-steel grip for enhanced traction during braking, making it ideal for both road and off-road conditions.

Material

Crafted from heat-treated 6061 aluminium, the brake lever and pedal offer exceptional strength and durability. The aluminium body is highly resistant to scratches, while the stainless-steel grip provides excellent surface hardness, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Longitudinal Adjustment

Unlike the stock brake pedal on the Himalayan 450, which allows only vertical adjustment, our adjustable brake pedal offers longitudinal adjustment, moving 15mm forward or backward compared to the stock pedal.
