The Auto Engina Pannier Stay + Top Rack Combo for the KTM 390 Adventure is a complete luggage-carrying system designed for adventure touring, combining vehicle-specific pannier stays with a rigid Top Rack for carrying side and rear luggage.

The pannier stays provide a secure mounting platform for hard panniers and soft saddle bags, while the Top Rack provides additional space for tail bags, touring duffle bags and top boxes.

This version features the new Tour Plus Rack Plate — a larger luggage platform designed for riders carrying larger soft luggage and looking for increased usable space and improved luggage stability.

The Tour Plus Rack Plate is manufactured from 2.5 mm aluminium using a laser-cut, pressed and CNC-bent construction. Its textured surface, punched grooves, rubber anti-slip pads and nylon stoppers work together to increase resistance to lateral luggage movement.

Multiple integrated tie-down slots provide flexible mounting points for different luggage sizes, while chamfered and smoothly finished edges help protect luggage straps during loaded use.

The complete system combines side luggage capability with an expanded rear luggage platform, giving the KTM 390 Adventure a practical setup for long-distance touring without adding unnecessary visual bulk.

Pannier Stay

The Auto Engina Pannier Stays are designed to provide a secure and stable mounting structure for both hard panniers and soft saddle bags.

Manufactured using 19 mm mild steel tubing and laser-cut mounting brackets, the stays are designed specifically around the KTM 390 Adventure to provide the required support while maintaining a clean and compact profile.

The vehicle-specific mounting system maintains appropriate clearance around the motorcycle while providing a stable platform for side luggage.

Top Rack Frame

The Top Rack Frame provides a rigid mounting structure for the rear luggage platform and forms the common foundation for both rack plate options.

Manufactured using 19 mm mild steel tubing and 5 mm mounting brackets, the frame is designed to handle touring loads while integrating cleanly with the KTM 390 Adventure's rear section.

The Top Rack supports both soft luggage and hard top-box applications.
