Construction

The Centre Stand is engineered specifically around the Apache RTX 300's chassis and OEM mounting architecture.

Heavy-duty 8 mm mounting brackets provide the structural strength required to withstand repeated loads during deployment and while supporting the motorcycle. The stand geometry incorporates an extended lever arm for optimal mechanical advantage, making deployment easier while maintaining a compact structure when retracted.

For long-term durability, the surface undergoes sandblasting prior to powder coating, improving surface preparation and helping achieve superior corrosion resistance.

Finished in Semi-Gloss Black, the complete assembly is designed to withstand the demands of everyday use, touring and adventure riding.

Functionality

The Centre Stand provides a stable platform for routine motorcycle maintenance and makes several otherwise awkward tasks considerably easier.

For touring riders, the Centre Stand becomes especially useful before and after long journeys, allowing the motorcycle to be securely supported while carrying out essential checks and maintenance.

Ergonomics

The Centre Stand has been developed around the Apache RTX's geometry to provide optimal leverage with minimal effort during deployment.

Its carefully positioned lever geometry allows the rider to deploy the stand naturally without interfering with the motorcycle's standard riding controls or rider ergonomics when retracted.

When deployed, the motorcycle remains securely supported while providing convenient access to the rear wheel and drivetrain.

Ground Clearance

Despite adding the convenience of a Centre Stand, the design has been engineered to retain substantial ground clearance for adventure riding.

  • 160 mm ground clearance with a single rider
  • 110 mm ground clearance with rider, pillion and luggage

This allows the Centre Stand to remain tucked away while maintaining practical clearance when riding both unloaded and fully loaded.

Aesthetics

The Centre Stand follows the motorcycle's original chassis lines and remains tucked close to the motorcycle when retracted.

The compact design avoids unnecessary visual bulk, allowing it to blend naturally with the Apache RTX's existing structure rather than appearing as an oversized aftermarket addition.

Finished in Semi-Gloss Black, it complements the motorcycle's adventure-oriented styling and integrates naturally with the Auto Engina touring ecosystem.
