Bash Plate Construction

Crafted from 3.5mm pressed aluminium, the bash plate delivers superior protection against rocks, stumps, and trail debris. A reinforced mounting system with dedicated exhaust support prevents flexing under impact, offering a significant upgrade over the stock setup while maintaining strength and reliability on demanding terrain.

Cooling, Fitment & Surface Finish

Strategically placed airflow slots aid engine cooling and simplify post-ride cleaning. The bash plate mounts securely using factory mounting points and additional support brackets, ensuring a vibration-free experience. Finished in textured black powder coating, it offers excellent durability while enhancing the Enduro R’s aggressive off-road appearance.

Engine Guard Construction & Protection

Built from 22mm mild steel tubing with laser-cut mounting brackets, the engine guard features a robust 3-point mounting system for effective impact absorption. Integrated polyamide sliders provide additional protection during falls, helping reduce damage and minimizing the risk of the motorcycle flipping on trails or tarmac.

Powder Coat Surface & Ergonomics
