If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through "My Order" section before the products are dispatched.
You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address/ phone number once the order is shipped.
order STATUS
Order placed between Monday to Friday (Excluding Holidays) before 12AM IST will get shipped on next day. Order Placed on Saturday will be dispatched on following Monday
Once order dispatched you will receive tracking details via SMS and Mail. You can track the order through the steps mentioned below.
1. Click on tracking link received in message or in mail.
2.Enter tracking ID provided along with link .
If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 10 inutes.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "Order" section.
If you have placed the order as a guest, signup/sign in with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then cancel order through
"Order" section.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you
within 48 business hours after cancellation.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back to the warehouse, we will refund the amount within 24-48 business hours.
Check the status of the order or the item(s) under ‘Orders’ section.
Shipping charges will be refunded if the complete order is cancelled. However, in case of part order cancellation, shipping charge will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours in the source account.
For the order that is already shipped, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours in the source account once it gets returned and verified at the warehouse.
It may take up to 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the bank/source account after refund is processed.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTSAND REFUNDS
Returns on Auto Engina are currently accepted only in the following cases:
1. You have received a damaged product
2. You have received a defective product
3. Wrong product was delivered to you
4. The product ordered was missing in the delivered shipment

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving the order:

NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
You can track the return status under 'Orders' section on Auto Engina website. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement via email/SMS.
Email & SMS communication is sent to your registered details once the refund is processed.
In the case of a return/replacement, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For COD orders our executive will get in touch with you once product verified to initiate refund, refund will reflect in account within 24 hours once initiated.
For prepaid orders who paid via Debit Card ,Credit Card or net banking payment refund will be processed to originated Bank/Source
