Tank Guard

The tank guard is constructed using a 22mm mild steel tube and a 6mm laser-cut bracket at the primary mounting point. It features a 2-point mounting system designed for effective impact distribution. Both sides of the tank guard are connected by a nylon-covered bracket below the headlight. The tank guard also includes laser-cut strapping brackets on the sides for utility. The complete assembly is designed with a focus on weight optimization and functionality, making it ideal for the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure.

Engine Guard

The engine guard is made from a 22mm mild steel tube and uses laser-cut mounting brackets. It features a sturdy 3-point mounting system for better impact absorption, mounted on the engine bracket, footrest mount, and a third connection point between the left and right sides with a guide bush. The entire assembly is designed to absorb the first major impact of a crash and distribute forces effectively on the KTM 390 Adventure 2025.

Built-in-Slider
